Long Range Automotive (LRA) has just released a new 135 litre rear auxiliary tank to suit Mitsubishi Challenger models from 2010 onwards, which will see this popular mid-sized 4WD travel further between fills.

The auxiliary tank nearly doubles the existing 70 litre fuel tank fitted as standard and takes the overall fuel load to over 200 litres to provide a brilliant touring range around Australia where fuel stops can be few and far between.

LRA’s MCHPBRA Challenger kit includes everything required to fit the new tank with minimal fuss. This auxiliary tank is manufactured from 2mm aluminised steel, etch primed and finished in silver hammertone enamel. This tank is fitted in place of the spare wheel so a wheel carrier will be required and is not included in the cost.

The MCHPBRA suits from 2010 to 2016.
